I'm impressed with how consistent your pace is. I'm even more impressed with your PACE!
To continue.....
and I'm even MORE impressed with the 149 HR. That tells me that should you so choose, you could go even faster.
How old ARE YOU? Whatever, I think your much too old to be running that fast sonney..... you better slow down before you hurt yourself. hee hee (just kidding)
When's your next race and what is your goal for said race?
I ran for probably 8 years before I ever ran remotely fast. last year I started to do speed work and tempo runs which really helped me pick up the pace. FYI I am clinging to 35. I am looking at doing a spring marathon hopefully in 3:30 or under and if all goes well, I want to do a half-ironman as well..can't even guess a time there.
Have you ever done a marathon or 1/2 marathon before? What were your times for those? You should obviously have no trouble with that 3:30 goal. Good luck.
Great run! Sounds like your training is going good!
I have completed 6 marathons and countless half's. Like I mntioned before, I just 'figured out' how to train/run for any type of speed within the last year. I spent alot of time just goofing around running with no real pace plan. My PR for the half is 1:36 and the marathon is 3:35..both within the last year. I think I have come along way since my last marathon so I hope to drive that time down a bit.
